BASIC QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME A CERTIFIED COACH.

  • Five years of youth ministry experience

  • Two years as a Lead222 Member

  • Endorsement by a Lead Certified Coach or Lead Staff Member

  • Experience with mentoring or coaching others

  • Full agreement with Lead222 vision, mission, & doctrinal statement

  • An active Lead222 Membership each season

  • Certified Coach Training (will be provided)
