We believe that every leader in youth ministry benefits greatly from having a personal coach and ministry. We know the many diverse challenges that come while in ministry and we know that we are stronger and healthier when we have safe, trusted voices of truth and encouragement in our lives. We believe your calling into ministry is incredibly important and we don’t want the challenges of ministry to leave you isolated. In fact, we believe in the need and importance of coaching, that we have made the cost of coaching FREE because of the generosity of others (there is a one-time $25 registration fee).

Everyone in the LEADCOMMUNITY not only has a coach but has the opportunity to become a coach. When you choose to be coached through the nine session LEADLIFE Playbook, you become a “Coach in Training” (CT). We call you a CT because in the process of being coached you’ll also be equipped and trained to become a qualified coach who can in turn coach others. We believe that everyone needs someone, and someone needs YOU!
