TEACHINGSESSIONS
SESSIONONE: SERVANT LEADERSHIP
We will begin with a simple and consistent hope — we want to inspire students and adults to see themselves as leaders and to understand that the perfect example of leadership is Jesus himself. He displayed a humility that has transformed the world and called each of us to the same form of servant leadership as we live life and honor him. How can you lead “your world” by serving it?
SESSIONTWO: GOD'S LOVE
God’s love changed everything. We must receive the gift of his love – we can’t earn it and we’ll never deserve it, it is only received. Our theme of Loving Recklessly must begin by acknowledging and receiving the love of the Father for each of us. The story knows as the Prodigal Son in Luke 15, provides a great picture of the Father’s love for his two sons.
SESSIONTHREE: LOVE GOD
Reckless is defined as being out of control. What if our love for God was reckless? What if we took the greatest commandment to love the Lord with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength and made that the greatest focus of our life? This could radically transform us into a person who does things that matter every day! Becoming leaders begins by becoming devoted followers.
SESSIONFOUR: LOVE OTHERS
By our love, the world will know that we are followers of Jesus (John 13:34-35). Love is a language the entire world speaks. We can change the world…by our love. The second part of the great commandment of Jesus is to love our neighbor. Over and over again in the New Testament, we find that our love for others is not only commanded but is the difference-maker in the world! We will have zero ability to lead others if we don’t first love others.
SESSIONFIVE: SURROUNDED BY LOVE
The heart of Lead222 is mentoring. Living out the Mentoring Constellation is one of the best ways to put one’s life into an intentional context of loving one another and growing as leaders.
THE LEADCAMP 4 YEAR GLANCE
Below is a brief look at our plan to equip and teach students over the next several years with content and experiences that will shape the way they choose to live.

Exploring what it means for students to live their faith out in ways that create a difference for the Kingdom.

Students will be challenged to view their potential leadership being best expressed by the way we love and serve others.

We want to inspire students to courageously overcome the fears that stand in the way of leading others for God’s purposes.

Today’s culture largely shapes the aspirations of teenagers students must learn to engage in the dreams God has for them.
