LEADGATHERINGS
A LEADGATHERING is a community of student ministry leaders who intentionally coach and sharpen one another. Some gatherings may have just a few leaders while others may have many. The size is not what's important but rather consistently gathering with leaders in a coaching and mentoring environment of authentic community.
LEADGATHERINGS are different because they're intentionally designed to focus on living out the LEADLIFE of: authentic community, strong families, uncommon integrity, kingdom impact and life-giving celebration.
