We have a 4-Year Leadership curriculum that we developed to train and equip students as leaders who Live Differently, Love Recklessly, Lead Courageously, and Dream Wildly. The content includes main session teaching, daily devotionals, daily leadership experiences, team sessions, and take home leadership application.

PAYMENT SYSTEM1. REGISTRATION FEE
$500 Registration fee due with online registration process. Non-refundable but counts towards final payment2. PAYMENT #1:
$150 (domestic trips) or $250 (international trips) per person payment due 30 days after registration: Non-refundable. Must be received before March 1st to lock in the early bird rate3. Payment #2—International trips only: $350 per person due March 1.

We know things happen, in the event a student needs to cancel their commitment to the trip, here's what you can expect:
1. Following registration, until the time your first payment (Student Deposit) is due (30 days after you register), please communicate your updated registration number as soon as you are aware a student will not be joining the team. Your first invoice will reflect the number of students who we have registered for the trip 30 days post registration and will be considered a deposit for each student attending the trip.
2. Once the first payment (Student Deposit) is made, that payment and the registration fee of $500 are non-refundable, but can be credited to the team balance until March 31st of the trip year. The payments for students no longer attending the trip will be applied to your final invoice total. If multiple students cancel and your overall team registration drops by more than 10% then the $500 registration fee will not be credited on the final payment.
3. After March 31st, no refunds or trip credits will be given for any payments received.
In the event a team, needs to cancel their registration...
1. Following registration, but prior to your Student Deposit for each trip participant being due 30 days post-registration, the $500 registration fee is non-refundable, but can be applied as a credit to Lead222 Coaching or the registration fee for a trip during the following year.
2. From the time of the Student Deposit, 30 days post-registration, until March 31st the $500 registration fee will not be refunded or credited and the Student Deposit less 10% of the total will be refunded.
3. After March 31st, no refunds or credits will be given for any payments received.

All forms must be emailed to LEAD222 office (info@lead222.com) by April 1 and copies of necessary forms brought with you on trip.
1. Hold Harmless Form (For each participant. Turn in copies to LEAD222 and bring copies on trip)2. Housing List(For Group. Email signed form to LEAD222)
3. Rules & Policies Form (For group. Email signed copy to LEAD222)
4. International Travel Consent Form(For each participant. Bring forms with you on trip).
5. Pre + Post Trip Packet(A 3 session packet for leader to prepare students before the trip and a follow up session when you get back.)
