Larry Ely is currently the Director of Coaching at Lead222. He has over 30 years of student ministry experience serving as a Student Pastor in the local church and various parachurch ministries as a consultant, coach, network coordinator, and volunteer. He is passionate about helping student ministry leaders develop healthy lives and ministries. He understands many of the unique challenges of ministry and wants to help people lead well in all aspects of their lives. He has a love for God, a heart for youth leaders and students, and a hunger for tacos. Larry and his wife Tina have been married for 27 years and have two rockin’ sons.
